I like this book because it explains herbalism in a simple yet comprehensive format. I recommend if you are looking for a guide to herbalism that is easy to grasp. I'll be sure to refer to this book when creating remedies for myself. I also like that it gives benefits and warnings of using herbs with medicine and having certain conditions.

I haven't heard of most of the herbs listed! I have various herbs in my garden but this book didn't have them. Where's oregano? Where's thyme? Where's rosemary? Anyone want to buy a book?☹

Honestly love this Herb guide!!! So thorough I have gained a better knowledge on herbs and have been able to incorporate more herbs in my diet and seeing great results. Would definitely recommend this book!!!

Basics, very small booklet, i do not recommend buying it, pay 20 $ more & you get a very detailed book.
